Shipping Policy
Orders are packed within one to two business days after payment clears. A confirmation email follows when the parcel leaves our warehouse, with tracking details once the carrier scans it.
Standard delivery usually takes three to seven business days depending on the destination. Remote areas can take longer, and public holidays or severe weather may add a day or two.
Available shipping methods and delivery charges are displayed at checkout for your delivery address. Review the shipping charge before confirming your order.
Please check the delivery address before submitting your order. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient where they apply. If a parcel is held by customs, the carrier will contact you directly.
